The space
A semi -detached sea front property with stunning views, ideal for sophisticated hen parties or other celebrations. The accommodation is recommended for groups up to 18. Catering is provided or you can self cater as required.
The property includes a sun room, open plan lounge with kitchen, large dining room, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a spa area with hot tub and sauna.
The venue has a 7 x 3 metre patio opposite the sun room with seating and a fence around part of this for your privacy. There are no noise restrictions inside but please note the outside area is a quiet zone as the house is in a residential area.
